OBJECTIVE:

To obtain a position where I can utilize my IT, Development, and Quality Assurance knowledge and skills.

TECHNICAL SUMMARY:

Responsibilities:

• Generate requirements for releases based on developer’s mockup & current production software.
• Document test plans and test cases from the software requirements and stories that cover the software functionality.
• Execute the test cases that are written (Automated and Manual) and evaluate the results of those cases.
• Locate issues with the software that is being tested and narrow those issues down to the lowest possible solution.
• Log and track issues that fall outside of the given requirements or cause problems with the software and user experience.
• Verify fixed bugs.
• Work with Technical Support to assist with customer issues and customer comments; represent the customer in design meetings, bug scrub meetings, etc.
• Use technical knowledge of operating systems and testing procedures/skills to run test scenarios and troubleshoot software problems.
• Evaluate software requirements and test software to make sure that it conforms to the given requirements.
• Test new or modified software to make sure that it conforms to the given requirements.
• Make suggestions to improve the software and user experience.
• Review software documentation for accuracy as it relates to the given software.
